pittsburgh

Eric, his family and I went to Pennsylvania last week. We stayed in a small town outside of Pittsburgh, but we went to Pittsburgh one day. I had never been and it was an awesome city. And that area of Pennsylvania was gorgeous. First on our agenda in Pittsburgh was to go to Essie's, or known as The O, or The Original. They are famous for their fries and we featured them in the magazine a few months ago.

i am so excited that there is a vegan diner down the street from me. EXCEPT these aren't even from the spiral down the street, these are from the spiral that is 45 minutes away in FORT WORTH. but eric and i were going through fort worth and decided to stop to have a beer.
oh and have you ever had pinkus? it is AMAZING. hands down my new favorite beer. and they were selling it once at central market and now they never have it there even though the tag is still up. RACHEL, is it at your store?

favorite food!

potato pizza is hands down one of my favorite foods. i feel left out when everyone eats pizza since i don't like tomatoes and i don't like cheese.

kitta marie had her bladder stone removal surgery this week. everything went ok, but i can't help but laugh everytime i look at her legs.
